• Travel Advisory: Due to the sensitive political situation in Kashmir, travel advisories must be checked before travel.
• The itinerary is subject to weather conditions, especially for Gulmarg and Pahalgam excursions.
• Pahalgam/Gulmarg local sightseeing is not covered in the package vehicle; local cabs must be hired.
• Meals will be served at designated times. Additional snacks/beverages will be chargeable.
• It is advised to carry warm clothing, comfortable shoes, and personal medicines.

Booking Terms:

1. A minimum advance of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your package.
2. Full payment to be made 7 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation 30 days before travel: Full refund minus a small processing fee.
2. Cancellation 15-29 days before travel: 50% of the package cost.
3. Cancellation 0-14 days before travel: No refund.
4. In case of natural calamities or political disturbances, rescheduling can be arranged (subject to availability).
